Kiwa has a passion for learning and implementing that learning to attain both professional and personal goals. Kiwa works as the Director of Marketing at Coacharya, where she works with the marketing team to provide the necessary resources and support that help the team reach its goals.

Her key responsibilities include designing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aims at building awareness of the company’s vision and programs and collaborating with various stakeholders to reach the team’s goals. She has also completed 60 hours of Coach Training at Coacharya.

Kiwa is an avid sports fan and is happiest when she is swimming, running, and playing basketball. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies. She also has her own NGO called Mountain Village Foundation.
