Bhaskar Bhat is the Managing Director of Titan Company Limited. Bhaskar graduated in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Madras and completed his PGDBM from IIM Ahmedabad.

Bhaskar is in the Governing Council of TA Pai Management Institute and National Institute of Design. He has been awarded with the Distinguished Alumunus Award at IIT, Madras. Bhaskar is also the Director for Trent, Bosch, Tata Chemicals, Rallis India, Tata SIA (Vistara), Montblanc, Titan Time Products, Titan Engineering and Automation, Titan International Middle East, Favre Leuba and Caratlane. He has been recently appointed as Director on the Board of the Tata Sons.

Vinod Bhat

Dr. H. Vinod Bhat is the sixth Vice Chancellor of Manipal Academy of Higher Education. With an MD in Community Medicine, he is an Honorary Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians & Surgeons, Glasgow. Dr. Bhat has had a long and illustrious career as a teacher as well as an able administrator. A researcher at heart, he has several scientific publications in national and international peer reviewed journals to his credit. With his rich experience in research, Dr. Bhat has been responsible for the spectacular growth in external research funding attracted by Manipal Academy of Higher Education.

Nirmala Menon

Nirmala Menon is an HR professional with over thirty years of experience in varied roles across diverse organisations both in India and the United States. As Founder & CEO at Interweave, her contributions in the field of Diversity and Inclusion has been recognised with her being listed among the “Top 50 Diversity Professionals” in the Global Diversity List for three consecutive years (2015, 2016 and 2017).
Prior to Interweave, she was the Diversity and Employee Relations leader for IBM, India where she gained experience in the area of diversity management. Recognised as a subject matter expert, Nirmala is associated with various industry bodies like NASSCOM, CII, NHRD, SHRM, etc. in India. She was also a representative in the informal international advisory group of UN Global Compact & the UNIFEM to formulate the Women’s Empowerment Principles.
A certified Corporate Director from the Institute of Directors and a certified coach from the International Coaching Academy, Nirmala also holds a Masters in Business from XLRI, India and an MS from Temple University, USA.

Steve has over 30+ years of corporate experience spanning across several sectors, 18+ years of which have been at the Senior Leadership Levels (CXO). Ganesh Chella

In a career spanning over three decades, Ganesh has come to be respected and acknowledged for his contributions as a practitioner, consultant, coach and thought leader in the field of Organisation Development, Human Resources Management and Executive Coaching. Alex Egan Ramanathan

Alex Ramanathan is a Partner in Bain & Company’s Chicago office. She is a leader in the firm’s Energy & Natural Resources and Mergers & Acquisitions practices. During the course of her career at Bain, Alex has helped senior leaders across a variety of industries, including real estate, agriculture and machinery. She has particularly deep expertise in merger integration, advising companies on large- and midsized post-merger integrations and separations. In addition to her work with clients, Alex leads Bain’s Chicago office Women@Bain initiative.

Alex started her professional career as an investment banker at Lehman Brothers. She subsequently worked for a start-up company in the customer loyalty industry and in marketing at American Express. Alex earned a JD-MBA, cum laude, from Northwestern University and a BA in economics, magna cum laude, from Williams College.

Maria Clara Pinheiro

Maria Clara has worked extensively to identify, support and promote collaborations between leading social entrepreneurs in different parts of the world. In 2009, she moved to India to set up the first hub for Ashoka in Bangalore and to build the new leadership team in Asia. Since then, she’s been part of Ashoka’s global team that recruits new senior leaders for the organization worldwide. Back in Washington DC in 2012, she co-created The Wellbeing Project and launched Ashoka’s global efforts in building a culture of wellbeing for changemakers. Currently, Maria Clara leads Ashoka’s Global Fellowship Program and spends her time between the U.S. and India.
