Eastern Philosophies in Coaching – Special Webinar Series

by | Jul 16, 2018

Many of you have emailed us with questions on how to incorporate Eastern philosophies in coaching. Even though this is already a part of our coach training programs, not everyone is able to commit to those. We believe that incorporating wisdom from the East can make you a stronger coach, which is why we’ve decided to hold a series of webinars on this topic.

Starting August 8, please join us for four consecutive monthly webinars on Eastern Philosophies in Coaching.

UPDATE: As the webinars take place, we will post them on YouTube. They will be added to a playlist here.

Ram, Coacharya Founder, will cover the following topics:

1. Why is coaching a spiritual vocation?

To many, coaching is not merely about making money. It is not a transactional occupation. It is a service on enhancing the other. It is a transformation vocation. We discuss with you why and how.

2. Congruence of Eastern spirituality with modern science

Eastern spirituality, be it Hindu, Buddhist, Christian, Islam or Zoroastrian, is millenniums old. Modern science, be it psychology, neurobiology or quantum physics, is catching up with it in some senses. The first verse of the 5000 plus year old Isha Vasya Upanishad, for example, is congruent with Einstein’s energy equation. We explore some commonalities with our lenses of limited understanding and ignorance.

3. Yoga, Zen & Tantra in leadership coaching

Given my own more detailed adventures in Hindu Buddhist traditions of Yoga and Tantra, I focus on awareness creation techniques outlined in these, such as the concept of Mindlessness and Four states of Awareness and how these add value in leadership and in coaching.

4. Meditative practices to support awareness creation

For the more adventurous and ready, I am happy to take you on one or two processes based on meditation to help reach greater awareness and hence create awareness in others.

These webinars are free to attend, but you must register to gain access. REGISTER HERE >>

We will automatically send you CCEUs for each webinar that you attend.

Thank you for your support!
