Before I joined Peter’s Coacharya workshop on Systemic leadership coaching I had started a virtual group facilitation forum for about 25 Indian corporate leaders. When I received his Henley Global Leadership Research Report as part of this workshop material, I was delighted to share this with the leadership cohort I was working with. With permission, as it’s a public document, I’m now sharing with you all.
The four questions Peter asks at least three senior leaders and at least one a millennial will change the way we look at running our businesses and lives. They force us to think beyond our current comfort zones of time and space. Answers should be unsettling if they are to add value.
I would also request you to extend the scope of these questions beyond what you think leadership is. Leadership is personal; leadership is about teams you work in as families, workgroups, and communities. Leadership is about the ecosystem we live in. Expand these questions to take you into your unsettling discomfort zone to see what the future wants you to be. That may be the legacy you want to leave for your unborn.
