About the Speaker

Master Certified Coach (International Coach Federation) Mugdha Shah is a National Servant Leader with a difference.

She is an HR Professional from TISS, a dramatist from Mithibai College, an economist from Narsee Monjee college, and a cadet leader from G N Khalsa college Mumbai.

23 years of experience in grooming executives, youth and women Intrapreneurship, and entrepreneurship across India. Played multiple roles of repute in Godrej &Tata group over the years.

Subject matter expert in corporate social responsibility and Performance systems for social enterprises teaching as visiting faculty at reputed management institutes including TISS & NMIMS.

Presently serving Tata Chemicals Society for Rural Development (TCSRD) as National Head of its initiative called Kasturi. Kasturi initiative working towards psycho-social empowerment of Women Agri entrepreneurs across the country through specialized coaching and capacity building of community trainers.

She is known as an effective coach, guide, mentor, trainer, and networker in Change management & WIN WIN collaborations
