Mastery Workshop with Coacharya Program Director in Mumbai & Bangalore

Nov 21, 2017

Coacharya’s Program Director and Master Coach of International repute, Cindy Mutukarapan, will hold Coaching Mastery workshops in Mumbai and Bangalore.

Cindy will deep-dive into the inclusion and integration of ICF Core Coaching Competencies and elements that support coaching mastery and your personal evolution as an Executive/Corporate Coach.

Primary Focus of Mastery Workshops

  • Establishing agreements – how do we manage expectations with our client and multiple stakeholders within the Program and for each session.
  • Executive Presence – You will identify your own coaching essence and use of self that will bring authenticity and value to your work.
  • Effective Communicating – Given that most people learn in multiple modes, how do we communicate?
  • Creating Awareness – In all our busyness and the need for quick actions and results, how do we co-create the space for aha moments/insights, learnings and transformation
  • Co-designing a structure for support, actions, progress, results and more.
