About the Speaker – Eilish Mckweon, MCC
Eilish is an MCC coach with the International Coach Federation (ICF), she has 30 years of professional experience across the public, private, and voluntary sectors. She has worked at the management level in the Irish Health Service for over 20 years. She is a qualified facilitator, conflict coach & conversational intelligence coach. She held the role of President ICF Ireland in 2017 and during that time she brought the late great *Judith E. Glaser, author of Conversational Intelligence® to Ireland to speak about Conversational Intelligence at several engagements, which proved highly successful. Eilish is committed to personal development and continuous improvement and regularly gives/receives coaching, mentoring, supervision sessions on Skype, Zoom, face to face, also with individuals and groups.
