“The youth of today are the leaders of tomorrow.”

– Nelson Mandela

The world we live in is filled with ambitious young individuals, all driven by dreams and goals they wish to fulfill. The age group of 15 years to 25 years is a phase in one’s life where one looks for guidance or mentorship to help them get a step closer to what they want to achieve. Where one tries to find their passions, and grow as a human being! Where one wants to share their voice, and have a positive impact on the world!

Well, that’s where Coacharya’s Youth Leadership Program steps in.

Designed to help young people build effective leadership skills and increase their levels of confidence, the program also focuses on topics such as positive relationship skills, social and cultural awareness, making an impact, building a legacy, goal setting, and much more. The participants were also provided with a week-by-week e-journal to complete their personal reflections and homework.

Our very first cohort included many bright young individuals from across the globe, all with different goals and aspirations. Throughout the journey, these young scholars were able to self-reflect and grow on both a personal and professional level. Towards the end, each of them developed their Social Impact Project. These projects were designed around a topic they were passionate about, something that could bring about a positive impact on society.

Our youth leaders came up with some incredible projects that were both interesting and significant. These projects were also showcased via weekly webinars, with the participants bringing to life the topics they feel so strongly about. If you missed any of these webinars, they are now up on our YouTube channel.

Do give them a watch and support our young leaders’ dreams of bringing about a brighter tomorrow.
