Coach Training
Programs Policies
When registering for Coacharya’s coach training program, you agree to observe the following policies. These may be changed at any time and without notice.
- Payment may be made in installments, to be agreed with Coacharya when you register.
- Program fees must be paid at least one week before program commencement (first payment for installments or full payment).
- All payments must be made on time. Late payments will be subject to late fees.
- Program dates may change at Coacharya’s discretion.
- Trainer assigned to a specific cohort may change without prior notice.
- Refunds will not be honored due to withdrawal or partial attendance as the participant count is kept intentionally small and short notice replacement is not be feasible.
- A signed Intake Agreement and payment is needed to access course content.
- In order to receive a completion certificate from Coacharya, learners need to:
- Submit full program payment,
- Attend the minimum required classroom hours,
- Complete assignments to evidence self study hours,
- Participate in peer coaching hours,
- Submit transcription & recordings of coaching sessions, assignments and any other requirements outlined by your trainer on time and up to expected standard,
- Submit feedback on your program
- Only ACSTH certification will be issued without undergoing Mentored Evaluation
