Programs Policies

When registering for Coacharya’s coach training program, you agree to observe the following policies. These may be changed at any time and without notice.

  • Payment may be made in installments, to be agreed with Coacharya when you register.
  • Program fees must be paid at least one week before program commencement (first payment for installments or full payment).
  • All payments must be made on time. Late payments will be subject to late fees.
  • Program dates may change at Coacharya’s discretion.
  • Trainer assigned to a specific cohort may change without prior notice.
  • Refunds will not be honored due to withdrawal or partial attendance as the participant count is kept intentionally small and short notice replacement is not be feasible.
  • A signed Intake Agreement and payment is needed to access course content.
  • In order to receive a completion certificate from Coacharya, learners need to:
    • Submit full program payment,
    • Attend the minimum required classroom hours,
    • Complete assignments to evidence self study hours,
    • Participate in peer coaching hours,
    • Submit transcription & recordings of coaching sessions, assignments and any other requirements outlined by your trainer on time and up to expected standard,
    • Submit feedback on your program
  • Only ACSTH certification will be issued without undergoing Mentored Evaluation
