Eilish has thirty years of professional experience across the public, private and voluntary sectors. She has worked in multinationals in finance and was lead in developing the Coaching & Mentoring service in the Irish Health Service.

She was President of ICF Ireland in 2017 during that time she brought the late Judith E. Glaser to Ireland to speak about Conversational Intelligence.

She is a Performance Enhancing Career Coach with a particular emphasis on continuous improvement, strengthening leadership capability, role transition and conflict coaching. She also mentors coaches working for their International Coach Federation Credential at ACC, PCC and MCC levels. Her philosophy holds that “each of us has within us the resources and potential for self-understanding and change”.
