Stephanie is a Cross-Culture Coach, Coaching Supervisor, Mentor Coach, ICF Assessor, and a Coach Trainer for ICF Accredited programs. She is the first Chinese woman to be credentialed by the International Coach Federation as a Master Certified Coach since 2018, and Master Practitioner (MP) from EMCC.

Stephanie has coached for over, 4,000 hours with 35 nationalities. Her coachees include a broad range of international clients like millennial, zillennial, young talents, middle management to senior executives, and C-suite level from various industries, nations, and cultures. She has coached and supported them in leveraging their strengths to further develop their leadership and create more positive and meaningful lives.

In her coaching practice, with an in-depth knowledge of the Full Spectrum model and Coaching Competencies model, Stephanie blends the systemic, the psychodynamic, and the humanistic approaches with a clear focus to accompany her clients towards more impactful results for themselves and their stakeholders in order to achieve their personal and professional success.

As a professional coach with a passionate heart, energy, and authentic self, she sees herself as a bridge. On one hand, she enjoys working with people from different ages and backgrounds, to energize and motivate them.  On the other hand, she uses the presence-based and transformational coaching skills to inspire her clients to uncover their own potential, create their inner compass and explore their life/career possibilities.  

Prior to becoming a certified coach, Stephanie was a Human Resources professional with Fortune 500 companies in multiple industries such as Banking, Supply Chain, Luxury Retailer, Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing and University where she played an active business partner role on key country and regional activities in Asia.

Stephanie holds an MSc in Training & Performance Management from the University of Leicester and is a qualified practitioner of a variety of well-known assessment tools.

She wishes everyone she met in life would have an IRIDESCENT life. Stephanie believes that everyone is unique and, whatever their background, have the potential to build skills with proficiency. One performs at their best when motivated, and one can only be motivated when aspirations and goals are identified.

Stephanie runs ICF accredited coach training programs in Hong Kong, Macau, and Taipei (Taiwan) as well as virtually. She can deliver the content in multiple languages.
