Coacharya programs are offered both virtually and in person. For in-person programs, there are no physical products to be delivered.

Program Access:

• Following successful registration and payment completion, learners will receive access instructions for their chosen program.
• Access will be granted to the program materials (e.g., modules, resources) through an online learning platform or a designated portal.
• Learners will also receive login credentials for the virtual meeting platform (Google Meet or Zoom) used for program sessions.

Program Delivery:

• Coacharya programs are offered both virtually and in person. For in-person programs, there are no physical products to be delivered.
• Specific meeting times and links will be provided to registered learners.
• Learners are expected to attend these live sessions actively to participate in discussions and receive coaching guidance.

Program Completion and Certificates:

• Completion of a program is contingent upon meeting the following requirements:
• Attending the minimum required number of live sessions.
• Completing assigned projects or activities.
• Participating in peer coaching sessions (if applicable).
• Submitting required materials such as transcripts, recordings, and assignments on time and meeting expected standards.
• Providing program feedback.
• Upon successful program completion, learners will be issued a digital certificate via email.

• Coacharya reserves the right to utilize alternative virtual meeting platforms if necessary, with prior notification to registered learners.
• Learners are responsible for ensuring they have a reliable internet connection and a compatible device to participate in the virtual sessions.
