One of the world’s largest multinational e-commerce companies partnered with Coacharya to strengthen communication and trust across teams by cultivating a coaching mindset among managers in Operations and HR.. Many leaders were managing heavy workloads and results-driven systems that left little space for developmental conversations. The program was designed to fit within the organization’s existing structures while helping managers bring greater empathy, curiosity, and presence into everyday interactions.
Delivered across five cohorts with 106 participants, the blended format included live sessions, peer coaching practice, and applied assignments. Each module connected coaching concepts with real workplace situations, allowing participants to practice and reflect between sessions. Over time, managers reported a shift from directing to engaging, from giving answers to asking meaningful questions, and from performance oversight to genuine partnership in growth.
