European Quality Award (EQA)

European Supervision Individual Accreditation
The ESIA is a Europe-wide recognised award, which demonstrates that an individual practising as a professional mentor/coach supervisor has the appropriate level of knowledge and the ability to apply it effectively in his/her practice.
It is relevant for anyone involved in mentoring/coaching supervision, whether it is just one part of your role or a main function. The advantage of the EMCC’s accreditation process is that you can join and get accredited either as an experienced mentor/coach supervisor or early on in your supervision role.
