Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC)
Meeting the Education requirements for ICF Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC)Certification.
Systemic Team Coaching is an approach to coaching that focuses on the dynamics and interactions of a team, as well as the wider system in which the team operates. This approach recognizes that teams are complex systems with their patterns of behavior and that the success of the team is influenced by factors both within and outside of the team.
Coacharya is pleased to announce its Systemic Team Coaching Program.
To think systemically is to take a holistic integrative approach that recognizes the organization to be a complex entity, comprising interconnected parts urging both coach and leader to look beyond the dyadic relationship between coach and client and interpersonal relationships within a team, to consider the impact of other variables in the ‘system’.
The coach may use a range of tools and techniques to help the team understand its dynamics and improve its performance, such as team assessments, group facilitation, and individual coaching sessions.
Team coaching is one of the fastest growing disciplines in the coaching profession, and through the ICF ACTC, qualified coach practitioners can demonstrate advanced knowledge, skills, and abilities in team coaching, allowing them to build upon their coaching competence as an ICF ACC, PCC, or MCC Credentialed coach.
Who Is this Program For?
This program is for coaches who want to develop and expand their team coaching understanding, competence, capabilities, and practice, as well as experienced OD consultants HR and related Professionals, and executive/managers with experience in leading teams.
