Caregiving and Coaching on the Frontlines

August 19 @ 9:00 PM - 10:00 PM CDT

Free Coacharya Coaching Colloquium
Event Category:

The webinar will be an interactive discussion on the undervalued, unrecognized, and under-supported spoke of healthcare hub- the Caregivers. Caregiving, both personal and professional, is a hugely energy driven and focus oriented task that is often unrecognized and not addressed adequately by the healthcare system in terms of resources or support systems. Caregivers often experience compassion fatigue and burnout due to the unrequited or unmet personal needs, that caregivers themselves are often not aware of or recognize early, to prevent and protect themselves. We will look to explore what are the key factors that drive caregivers- the facilitators and barriers to effective and sustainable caregiving.

This webinar is in alignment with Coacharya’s ICF accredited ACTP content.

Signing up for this webinar registers you for the entire series, which takes place on the third Wednesday of each month. You will receive reminders monthly even if you don’t plan to attend. You can un-register at any time.
