Coacharya Mastery Program: MCC ready

The Mastery program is designated as MCC-accredited education, covering covers all aspects and requirements for your MCC credentialing.

The Mastery Program is a minimum of 75 learning hours, out of which 40 are hands-on, synchronous hours (6 x 3-hour sessions and 8 x 2-hour sessions, along with 6 individual sessions of an hour each), and 36 self-paced asynchronous hours. Graduates may apply for the Master Certified Coach (MCC) Credential using the Level 3 application path if they meet the credentialing application requirements.

This includes a mix of instructor-led discussions, videos, webinars, LMS, whiteboard, peer-to-peer, case studies, blog posts, coaching demonstrations, e-learning, video, webinars, web-based activities, podcasts, and more

Support for Alumni – Students become part of a thriving coaching community with weekly webinars, live sessions, blog posts, and much more, covering thought leadership topics, business development, mastery in coaching, etc. The community and resources are in place to help coaches receive support and continue their journey long after they have completed the course and received their credentials.
