Do you believe that Leadership and Coaching go hand in hand?
With changing times and increased organizational needs, the meaning and scope of leadership have evolved. There is a growing need for patient listening, open conversations, building a culture of safety, and enhancing and empowering team members to achieve personal and professional goals. Coaching is a powerful intervention proven to bring about this systemic change within the organization.
Through coaching, leaders can develop effective skills that can enhance their leadership capability, in turn improving individual and team performance. Through skills like self-awareness, learning how to create a safe and trusted space, empathetic listening, and learning to navigate complex interpersonal and team dynamics, individuals can deepen their impact within their teams, organization, and the larger ecosystem they are a part of.
