Coaching Foundation: Coaching Leaders
With changing times, the meaning and scope of leadership have also changed. There is a growing need for a human touch, patient listening, and open conversations. Coaching is a powerful intervention proven to bring systemic change within the organization. Coaching competencies enhance communication, interpersonal and listening skills when put into practice. When individuals face professional challenges, the presence of a safe space to talk about them openly can make all the difference.
A blend of coaching competencies and frameworks, Coaching Foundation focuses on developing these skills and putting them into practice. Leadership can pose many questions, this is the first step to finding the answers within yourself.
