When people who are actually creating a system start to see themselves as the source of their problems, they invariably discover a new capacity to create the results they truly desire.

What is Systemic Coaching?
Systemic coaching is defined by coach and author, John Whittington, as an approach to coaching that, “coaches the individual client or team with the system in mind—exploring the part in the whole, and the whole in the part—to unlock the potential and performance of both.”
The systemic approach supports the client to consider the system in which they operate and the connections and spaces between the parts of the system, which impact them and those they impact.
