ICF- Level 3/MCC

Overview

The Coacharya Mastery Program is an all-inclusive program that integrates coach education at the MCC level, group and individual mentor coaching, observed sessions with both written and verbal feedback, and resources and support participants for the ICF MCC application. The holistic program offers a depth of education content, ethics, and standards, masterful competency development, unique approaches designed to embrace diversity in culture and context for participant,s and multi-layered experiential and self-learning opportunities. This Program has been running for the past eight years with high success rates. We have evolved and fine-tuned the Program based on our learnings and experience, including the latest updates.

Who is this master coach certification for?

Coacharya’s Coaching Mastery program is for PCC-level coaches who choose to elevate their beingness and skills development to coaching mastery and getting ready for the MCC credentialing.

Eligibility for ICF- Level 3/ MCC and Requirements

• 200+ hours of coaching education
• 2,500+ hours of coaching experience
• 10 hours of Mentor Coaching with an eligible mentor coach
• Holds, or previously held, PCC Credential

Requirements: 

• Successful completion (passing score) of a performance evaluation
• Successful completion (passing score) of the ICF Credentialing Exam

To apply for the MCC Credential, you must currently hold or have previously held a PCC Credential, in addition to meeting further requirements specific to the MCC Credential.  ICF offers two application paths to obtain the MCC. Explore each application requirement for the MCC Credential below.

Program Details and Schedule

• This Program is ICF Level 3 accredited – Meets Coach Education and Mentor coaching hours for MCC Credentialing.
• On completion, Participants will receive the Level 3 Certificate comprising 90-hour Coach Training inclusive of 15 hours of Mentor Coaching.
• Class Schedule Overview will be sent upon request. A more detailed Program schedule will be sent upon registration.
• Group and Individual Mentoring are inclusive in the Program fee.
• Free access to our LMS, Webinars Coach Nook, and YouTube channel.
