This course is an introduction to the Systemic Approach to coaching. Although it is gaining momentum now, this approach has existed for as long as humankind. More importantly, it is the need of the hour.
During this program, you’ll learn from a panel of trained Systemic Coaches. We will explore various concepts from Kurt Lewin’s Organizational Development Principles to the Development of The Systemic Approach by thought leaders such as Edgar Schein, Peter Senge, Otto Scharmer, David Clutterbuck, and Peter Hawkins. Join us to learn about its role in bringing about Organisational Development, and the unity of the individual and system.
In our last session, David Clutterbuck will join us to demonstrate systemic coaching in action.
