How Coaches Can Help Companies Innovate

In this session, Deborah Huisken will talk about innovation in companies, what works and what doesn’t work. She will share her Innovation Road Map, to help leaders understand where they are in the lifecycle of the organization and where they are headed next. She will also introduce the ISPI™ (Innovation Strengths Preference Indicator®), an assessment used by innovation leaders in organizations such as Rolls Royce, Hallmark, NASA and the US Military to understand how to work with the innovators among them, and how to help their teams work together more effectively when they have a diversity of approaches to innovation to work with.

This is a free webinar. Credentialed coaches may claim 1.0 CCEU for attending this webinar.
