Participant’s Testimonial:

When I first heard the word Ontology, I had no idea what it meant. It has now set me off on a path of constant inquiry. While I am questioning myself, and my worldview a lot more, I have become more self-accepting at the same time.

I wish all of us would get exposed to the concepts of Ontology very early on in our lives. It should be taught in schools. It elevates your level of thinking and at the same time provides words to concepts that are so powerful yet are left unarticulated and therefore not understood. I cannot imagine becoming a good coach without these ontological inquiries. And they are inquiries for a reason. They pose very fundamental questions that make you look at yourself and your life in new, and powerful ways.

In Dreyvan, one had the best coach possible. He is a born trainer, a natural. One thing that shines through is his love for the subject. He has spent years introspecting, inquiring, discussing, and dissecting how a great coach sits at the intersection of Ontology and coaching competencies. He makes sense of obscure concepts and how they apply to coaching space. We were a cohort of 11, of different age groups, backgrounds, and experiences. Yet, Dreyvan had the amazing capacity to appeal to each one of us in profound ways, each time and every time. He gave each one of us the time and space to express ourselves and ask questions and was ever willing and abundantly prepared to answer what seemed a question out of the blue. He always seemed prepared. To me, that was his greatest gift to us. I would recommend everyone enroll in one of his courses. Not to become great coaches but to become better versions of yourselves. Becoming a great coach is, as I said, is one the surest side effects of this journey.
