Hari is an alumnus of the Ontario Internationally Educated Physical Therapy Bridging Program, works clinically at the Toronto Academic Pain Medicine Institute (TAPMI) at Women’s College Hospital, Toronto, Canada, and lectures in the Department of Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto as part of the pain team.

Apart from the full-time position at Women’s, Hari holds a casual position at Credit Valley Hospital as an ICU/acute care (Medicine) Physiotherapist.

Hari holds post-graduate degrees in management (MBA) and M.Sc in Applied Psychology. Hari is a professional certified coach (PCC) since 2015; with a keen interest in fostering self-reflection and leadership development skills.

This wide range of academic, clinical, and life experiences enables Hari to coach people from different walks of life including Masters students at the University of Toronto to young adults with persistent pain conditions as well as executives in senior leadership positions.

Hari was re-deployed for COVID-related duties as a team lead for mobile vaccination units as well as school and community testing, a testament to his leadership abilities and critical thinking skills under duress.

Hari is passionate about equity, diversity, and inclusion work and was recently elected as co-chair for the Corporate Equity Committee at Women’s College Hospital.
