Ramesh is a seasoned business leader with an overall experience of over 30 years working with organizations like GE, Wipro and TCS. Of this over 15 years have been in senior business leadership roles managing large (10K+), global multifunctional teams. He brings significant business, customer management, project management and team leadership experience to the table. This includes working across industries verticals and geographies, dealing with individuals from diverse backgrounds and nationalities.

Ramesh enjoys working with people and followed his passion by becoming a full-time Leadership Coach and Facilitator. He is accredited with the International Coach Federation (ICF) as a Master Certified Coach (MCC) and has over 2500 hours of Coaching experience having worked with over 300 leaders and their teams since he started this journey 5 years ago. Apart from Coaching, Ramesh runs various leadership development programs through his organization, Orenda Centre for Leadership Excellence, with the firm belief that inner wisdom guides every individual in his/her journey and the role of a facilitator or coach is to help the individual reflect and derive their own insights.
