Federica Filippino is an experienced Executive and Leadership Coach and is credentialed by the International Coach Federation as a Master Certified Coach. She has over 15 years of

experience in the field of executive coaching, leadership development, mentoring and training. Her goal is to support people to develop a growth mindset and a proper balance between achieving high performance and personal well-being. She consults with clients from several industries and, thanks to her expertise in Change Management, facilitates managers and teams, to co-build psychologically safe work environments, in international and complex organizations.

Previously, Federica held business managerial roles where she contributed to empowering mid-level and senior leaders across diverse lines of business to establish sustainable change. She holds a Master of Science in Psychology, a Master in Business Administration, and an Advanced Diploma in Neuroscience. She is fluent in English, Italian, Spanish and French.
