Can I start my Coach Training journey towards MCC if my PCC credentials have already expired?

Yes, definitely. The expiration of credentials does not affect one’s journey towards Mastery.
Currently holding (or previously held) a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) Credential is the requirement for ICF MCC.
