Our coach training learners come from across the globe, from all professional backgrounds and life stages. Our youngest participant ever was 19 and the oldest was well into the late 70s. We truly believe that coaching is a skill that can benefit anyone and that will be reflected in all our programs.
Many of our learners come from professional backgrounds because they want to use coaching as part of their role or want to pivot careers. Another common theme is that about 30%-50% of any given cohort hails from India, where our company was started.
