A life-long learner, Nitha Shirali describes herself as compassionate, resourceful, and adept at evoking awareness in others and herself. Nitha has varied hobbies like reading, listening to music, painting, and a love of theater especially improv and psychodrama. She is also interested in spirituality, psychology, and the behavioral sciences.
Nitha is a graduate of Bangalore University and holds a Diploma in French from the Alliance Francaise de Bangalore, and a certificate in the German language from Max Muller Bhavan. She is an ICF-credentialed PCC Coach and she was part of the Advanced Coach Training program held by Coacharya. She is also a certified NLP practitioner, a certified Personal Profile Analysis Practitioner and she has completed courses in Competency Mapping and Assessments, and Designing and Implementing Assessment Development Centres. She holds certifications in
Theater in Facilitation, Transactional Analysis 101, and Facilitation 101.
