Priya is a Leadership and Executive Coach passionate about people, organizational change management and Innovation. Her purpose is to help people find their true “North Star”.

Priya brings over 22 years of multi-cultural experience across leadership roles, corporate management, and leadership development across various sectors. She has collaborated with a diverse range of clients working with leaders at all levels.

She is a Mentor Coach, Coach Educator and trained in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Emotional Intelligence and Systemic Team Coaching specializing in Mindset Transformation. She uses Ethical Leadership and Mindset Coaching to help leaders enhance their ability to navigate ethical dilemmas, conflicting values and make the right decisions by drawing on their core beliefs and values.

Adopting a partnering approach with her clients along with using diverse coaching methodologies, she enables them to arrive at insights about themselves, be their discussion thought partner. Her vision is to get leaders to grow and gain a strong realization about themselves and reach goals that they thought was not possible by themselves.
