Coacharya’s community is strong, diverse and full of knowledge. As lifelong learners, we want to share as much of that knowledge as possible. In addition to our coach training programs, seminars and workshops, we host regular webinars that are free and open to the public. You can see a detailed schedule of what’s coming up here, but the following is an overview of the themes you’ll across the various webinars.
Peer Coaching
Join fellow coaches from around the world for (free) practice coaching sessions up to three times a week. Hone your skills, increase your network and support your fellow coaches. It’s all virtual, via Zoom. Attend as many times as you like.
Future of Coaching Webinar*
This conversational series with Ram Ramanathan, Coacharya Founder, assumes the audience already has a general knowledge of coaching. Topics may change each month or follow a specific topic across multiple webinars. Subject experts join Ram for a dialogue on most occasions.
Hero’s Journey*
The hero’s journey is a timeless concept that has been around for centuries and serves as a source of inspiration to many. In this webinar series, the host will be bringing us stories of heroes around us who have stepped up in the face of adversity and made a difference.
Masters in Coaching*
Each month, a different MCC-level coach presents a topic in which they have the expertise, and they tie it directly to specific coaching competencies. While any coach will find these sessions valuable, coaches looking for further coaching education will get the most out of these sessions.
Parenting with a Coaching Mindset
In response to the Covid-19 crisis, we had previously held a series of webinars for parents and carers struggling during these difficult times. Experts in parenting, coaches with an interest in parenting, and actual parents shared their experiences, insights, and successful coping techniques. You can see the entire series on YouTube here.
