Free peer coaching practice sessions

Join free, structured peer coaching sessions on Zoom three times a week with coaches worldwide.

What is peer coaching?

Peer coaching is a reciprocal practice where two coaches take turns coaching each other in a structured setting. It allows practicing and credentialed coaches to refine their skills, receive constructive feedback, and expand their global professional network.

Hours logged during these peer sessions count as client coaching hours toward your International Coaching Federation (ICF) credential application.

Who can join

Our peer coaching sessions are open to:

  • Students currently enrolled in any ICF-accredited coach training program.

  • Credentialed coaches (ACC, PCC, MCC, or equivalent) looking to maintain or sharpen their skills.

You are welcome whether you trained with us or through another coaching institution. Participation is completely free.

How it works

  • Flexible attendance: Register once and attend whenever your schedule permits.

  • Format: Each session lasts two hours at the same scheduled time every week.

  • Breakout rooms: Participants are randomly paired in private Zoom breakout rooms for one-on-one sessions.

  • Session recording: You may record your session locally to your computer if your partner consents.

Requirements to participate:

  1. Complete the required Peer Coaching Agreement before attending your first session.

  2. Sign in using a free or paid Zoom account.
