Ram has authored books on Eastern philosophy and published articles on mindfulness in coaching. He blends Eastern spiritual practices such as yoga, tantra, and meditation with psychological approaches including NLP, Gestalt, and positive psychology to enhance personal development. He and his wife reside between Bangalore and California.

Pranav, a seasoned Founder and CEO, brings 28 years of rich corporate and entrepreneurial experience spanning technology, media, leadership development, and the nonprofit sector. As co-founder of Coacharya a decade ago, he expertly navigated its growth and operational strategy. A global citizen who has lived in 17 cities across three countries, Pranav possesses deep cross-cultural understanding.
His leadership extends to the nonprofit realm, where he served as Board President at Upwardly Global, guiding the organization through significant organizational changes and financial growth. Earlier, at The Nielsen Company, he spearheaded digital product innovation, driving a 125% profit increase. Pranav’s diverse background, from a Silicon Valley startup to executive roles, coupled with his academic foundation in architecture and integrated marketing, underscores his multifaceted expertise.
