Dreyvan Dayse, MCC, is a Master Certified Coach, team transformation strategist, and coach training facilitator and mentor at Coacharya, where he specializes in Ontological and Systemic Team Coaching. As the founder of Inner Legend, he leads deep experiential journeys for coach-participants who want to shift their very ‘Being’ rather than just focusing on ‘Doing’ as they work toward credentialing.
His approach guides coaches and enterprise leaders to operate from elevated self-awareness, helping them access their true potential and transform how they know themselves. Grounded in 33 years of team leadership, spanning two decades in the armed forces and over 11 years in corporate consulting, Dreyvan integrates ontological depth with systemic team coaching to drive lasting personal and organizational transformation.
