Cindy Muthukarapan, MCC, ACTC, MCS, serves as Chief Learning Officer at Coacharya, bringing over 20 years of experience in executive coaching, program design, and leadership development. A Master Certified Coach since 2014 and an Accredited Advanced Team Coach, she is a sought-after mentor coach and educator who supports emerging coaches in elevating their practice and mastering ICF core competencies. Drawing on her extensive leadership background—including serving as President of the award-winning ICF South Africa Chapter—Cindy creates a supportive, reflective environment that prepares participants to build cohesive, high-performing teams and drive organizational transformation.

Ram Ramanathan, MCC, ACTC, MCS, Co-Founder of Coacharya, brings 45 years of experience and oversees all coaching content and models. He has 25 years of C-suite leadership experience, including turning around companies, advising governments, and investing in startups. As a leadership development coach, he focuses on team building, strategic performance, and navigating VUCA environments. Ram has authored books on Eastern philosophy and published articles on mindfulness in coaching. He blends Eastern spiritual practices such as yoga, tantra, and meditation with psychological approaches including NLP, Gestalt, and positive psychology to enhance personal development. He and his wife reside between Bangalore and California.
