Program Description
This ICF Level 1 accredited program is a well-rounded learning experience that blends personal growth with professional skills. Across thirteen live, three-hour sessions, participants explore how coaching can strengthen both inner and outer leadership. The program explores themes of mindset, emotional intelligence, and embodied awareness, helping participants understand how the nervous system, beliefs, and presence influence how we listen, respond, and support others. Through live practice, mentoring, and reflection, participants learn to bring curiosity, compassion, and clarity into every conversation, whether coaching or leading.

By the end of the program, participants will:

Earn Your ICF ACC Credential in 6 Months
Our ICF-accredited Level 1 program includes all the educational requirements needed to become an ACC credentialed coach. Requirements for a Coacharya Level 1 Completion Certificate include:
- 40 hours live interactive training
- 40 hours of asynchronous self-paced learning
- 10 hours mentor coaching
- Successful completion of the performance evaluation

Meet The Trainers
Cindy Muthukarapan, MCC, ACTC
Cindy Muthukarapan is an internationally recognized and experienced Executive and Leadership Coach and is credentialed by the International Coach Federation as a Master Certified Coach since 2014, and an Accredited Advance Team Coach. She has over 20 years of experience in the field of executive coaching, leadership development, program design, speaking in events, leading webinars and facilitation.Cindy’s approach cultivates a safe and supportive space for leaders to share their thoughts, concerns, and aspirations, leading to more productive and meaningful interactions and promoting a culture of coaching and innovation. Cindy excels in designing and delivering team engagements that promote a culture of collaboration and innovation. She helps leaders create cohesive, high-performing teams that drive organizational success. She is an accomplished, sought-after Mentor Coach, and Coach Educator supporting emerging and evolving coaches to higher levels of achievement. Her client list includes Executives and Leaders, public and private sector, Small businesses, Individual Clients and Leadership coaching in Government. As President of the ICF South Africa Chapter, she played a key role in both Chapter transformation and the growth and development of Coaches, contributing to the South Africa Chapter receiving the ‘High-Performance Chapter Award” at the ICF Global Conference in Vancouver.
Tracy Brown, ICF PCC
Tracy Brown is a Life and Personal Leadership Coach who helps clients strengthen self-awareness, emotional resilience, and overall well-being. She began coaching in 2006 while in a senior leadership role and later completed Coacharya’s 125-hour Coach to Lead program with Ram Ramanathan, which confirmed her path as a coach. A certified Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher with 200 hours of training, she integrates somatic and emotional awareness, mindfulness, and reflective practice to help clients access their potential and is currently advancing her Somatic Experiencing education. With a diverse background that includes leadership in the creative industry, co-founding a business abroad, and designing personal and leadership development programs for corporate and individual clients, Tracy also mentors coaches in training. She is passionate about yoga, nature, and lifelong learning and is dedicated to sharing the tools and insights that support personal transformation.
Pranav Ramanathan, ICF PCC, ACTC
With 24 years of collective corporate and entrepreneurial experience, Pranav is the CEO and co-founder of Coacharya, bringing deep operational expertise in technology, media, leadership development, and non-profit sectors. At Coacharya’s inception 10 years ago, he oversaw all aspects of growth and operational strategy. Pranav’s leadership impact also includes serving as Board President for Upwardly Global, where he guided the non-profit through structural transformation and a successful operating budget raise from $5M to $10M. Earlier, as the Online Marketing Director at The Nielsen Company, he led an effort to build a digital product portfolio that contributed to a 125% profit increase. A lifelong expatriate, he is highly skilled in multi-cultural nuances and transitions. He holds degrees from Arizona State University and Northwestern University.
