Cindy Muthukarapan, MCC, ACTC, MCS, serves as Chief Learning Officer at Coacharya, bringing over 20 years of experience in executive coaching, program design, and leadership development. A Master Certified Coach since 2014 and an Accredited Advanced Team Coach, she is a sought-after mentor coach and educator who supports emerging coaches in elevating their practice and mastering ICF core competencies. Drawing on her extensive leadership background—including serving as President of the award-winning ICF South Africa Chapter—Cindy creates a supportive, reflective environment that prepares participants to build cohesive, high-performing teams and drive organizational transformation.
Ujjaval K Buch, MCC, ACTC, brings over a decade of executive and team coaching experience to Coacharya’s ICF-accredited programs, having practiced as a coach and organizational consultant since 2012. As an ICF Master Certified Coach and founder of United Minds, Ujjaval draws on extensive mentor-coaching experience to guide emerging professionals through the ICF core competencies, credentialing requirements, and the transition to full-time practice. His teaching methodology integrates systems thinking, MIT’s Theory U framework, neuroscience, and positive psychology to help coaches understand and transform human systems. Grounded in experience-based wisdom, Ujjaval equips participants to navigate complex team dynamics, master high-impact conversations, and drive measurable performance across organizations.
