Pranav Ramanathan, ICF PCC, ACTC, is CEO and co-founder of Coacharya, with 24 years across corporate and entrepreneurial leadership in technology, media, leadership development and the non-profit sector. He served as Board President for Upwardly Global and was previously Online Marketing Director at The Nielsen Company. A lifelong expatriate, he works easily across cultures, and holds degrees from Arizona State University and Northwestern University.
Tracy Brown, ICF PCC, is a life and personal leadership coach who helps clients strengthen self-awareness, emotional resilience and well-being. She began coaching in 2006 while in a senior leadership role, is a certified meditation and mindfulness teacher, and is currently advancing her Somatic Experiencing education. Her background spans leadership in the creative industry, co-founding a business abroad, and designing development programs for corporate and individual clients. She also mentors coaches in training.
