About the trainers:
Cindy Muthukarapan, MCC, ACTC, MCS, serves as Chief Learning Officer at Coacharya, bringing over 20 years of experience in executive coaching, program design, and leadership development. A Master Certified Coach since 2014 and an Accredited Advanced Team Coach, she is a sought-after mentor coach and educator who supports emerging coaches in elevating their practice and mastering ICF core competencies. Drawing on her extensive leadership background—including serving as President of the award-winning ICF South Africa Chapter—Cindy creates a supportive, reflective environment that prepares participants to build cohesive, high-performing teams and drive organizational transformation.
Smita Raghum, MCC, ACTC, MCS, brings over 15 years of coaching experience, 3,500+ documented coaching hours, and a 15-year background in corporate banking to Coacharya’s coach training programs. As an ICF Master Certified Coach—the highest credential awarded by the International Coaching Federation—and holder of the Advanced Certification in Team Coaching, she has already trained and mentored more than 200 coaches globally. Smita grounds foundational ICF core competencies in a systemic framework, teaching emerging coaches how to look beyond individual behavior to understand broader team dynamics and organizational patterns. Known for her calm, thoughtful, and direct style, she helps participants cultivate a deep coaching presence and master the practical skills required to coach senior leaders effectively.
Priya Ramanarayan, MCC, MCS, brings over 22 years of multicultural leadership and corporate management experience to Coacharya’s ICF-accredited coach training programs. As an experienced Mentor Coach, Coach Educator, and specialist in mindset transformation, Priya combines Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Emotional Intelligence, and Systemic Team Coaching to help emerging coaches master ICF core competencies. She grounds foundational coaching skills in ethical leadership and values-aligned decision-making, equipping participants to help clients navigate complex organizational challenges, expand self-awareness, and achieve sustainable personal and professional growth.
Prakash Rao, MCC, ACTC, is an Executive & Leadership Coach, NLP Trainer, and Founder of Born In Flight. With nearly two decades of experience across executive coaching, leadership development, and organizational development, he partners with CXOs, Founders, and HR leaders to build future-ready leadership capability. Prakash specializes in enhancing decision-making, executive presence, and performance under pressure, while applying behavioral dynamics to strengthen sales, communication, and strategic alignment. At the core of his work is a commitment to helping individuals discover the “Hero” within themselves and translate personal capacity into sustainable business outcomes.
