As the world becomes more interconnected and people travel a lot around the globe, the diversity of our coachee continues to grow. As a result, coaches should be ready to work with people from a wide variety of backgrounds. Even if the coach chooses to work nestled in homogeneous communities, the vibrant diversity of other cultures will in some way impact the coaching practice.
