Karen Delk, M.Sc., has over 25 years of experience supporting and developing individuals and leaders in Fortune 50 organizations to reach their highest potential. She consults with clients utilizing her expertise in Organizational Design, Strategic Planning, Change Management, Leadership Design and Development for next generation, Executive Coaching, Talent Acquisition and Talent Development.

She also is an executive coach at Yale University School of Management Executive Education Program where she works with graduate students, Executive Masters in Business Administration students, and participants from around the globe attending the Yale School of Management Women’s Leadership Program. Karen’s held progressive human resource roles where she consulted with mid-level and senior leaders across diverse lines of business to establish sustainable change. Karen supports leaders by helping them create and champion the strategic vision, mission and goals to meet the business imperatives. She is forward thinking, innovative and able to partner across complex organizations to develop strategic and tactical solutions in response to business challenges. Clients find her easy to speak to and they trust and have confidence in her approach due to her strong business acumen.

Karen holds a Master’s of Science degree in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics from Mount Holyoke College. She received her Evidence Based Coaching certificate from Fielding Graduate University and her advanced leadership training and development through various corporate university programs including GE’s Crotonville, GrandMet/Pillsbury’s PDI’s Successful Leaders, and Prudential’s Excellence in Leadership. She is active in her community and serves on several boards in Princeton, New Jersey including a board member for the Princeton YWCA, and she is an advisor for the Paul Robeson House of Princeton, and the Institute for the Wonderful Working Women for Empowerment.
