A trained Facilitator, Executive Coach, and OD consultant with nearly 30 years of experience in the corporate world, I work
extensively with leaders and teams across different cultures (India, SE Asia, EMEA, Australia, USA). My work aims to help leaders
enhance their human sensitivity, potential, and learning agility in the middle & senior leadership roles to support their high results
and business orientation. At the core of various challenges, is often an element of choice-making and inter-personal dynamics.
As a coach, I help individuals derive insights about their unique strengths & blindspots with a mix of 360-degree feedback and
psychometric instruments. These insights are then made more intentional so that leaders can leverage their personal wisdom
to create meaningful action relevant to their context. Relationships are built over time and I enjoy investing myself completely,
to partner and help clients succeed in the long run.

Earlier, I held senior leadership roles with Indian and multinational firms in the telecommunications and semiconductor industry.
Between 1998 and 2008 – I worked with Texas Instruments and Sasken Communication Technologies Ltd in Bangalore. I’ve also
worked with the Maharaja Group of Companies (Colombo, Sri Lanka) heading their Training function in 1994. Between 1992-
1994, I was with the HR function at Titan Industries, a TATA group company (Bangalore, India). My experience as an
entrepreneur includes running a successful chain of restaurants for over 5 years.

Current Role
Organisation Consultant since 2008 : Design and facilitation of learning experiences; Executive Coach for leaders & teams from
the technology industry, consumer goods, healthcare, energy & petro-chemicals industry, and financial sectors. I’ve also led the
design and delivery of several Leadership assessment and development centres for the automotive and retail sectors covering
over 500 first time and middle level managers. Several learning journeys for clients are a blend of training and 1:1 coaching.
An indicative list of coaching & consulting clients (present & past) – Aditya Birla group, Bajaj Auto Ltd, Capgemini, Ensono,
Groupon, Myntra, Texas Instruments, UiPath, Unilever. Some recent coaching assignments : 9 senior leaders (CEO-2 based in
China, India, Malaysia, Philippines) of a US semiconductor company over 6 months; 2 Senior Directors-e-commerce firm; a
Senior Director at a Technology consulting services firm; the Site Leader at an e-commerce firm. Coached several senior women
leaders : Two functional heads; Senior Partner at a consulting firm; Vice-President in an e-commerce firm

• Master’s Degree in Human Resources from XLRI, Jamshedpur, India (1992)
• Fellow with Sumedhas Academy for Human Context
• Certified in the use of 9 different psychometric assessments (MBTI, Hogan, FIRO-B, Belbin, SDI, McQuaig, EUM, DISC,
TAM). Trained in group dynamics, psychodrama director, facilitation skills including the ToP method (Technology of
Participation). Certified in Systemic Team Coaching by Peter Hawkins
