Coach Training Programs Modules

Coacharya’s programs include a combined 447 hours of ICF-accredited content. Within that are our accreditation programs (ACTP) as well as continued coaching education programs (CCE). Below you will find a complete list of content currently on offer.

Accredited Coach Training Program Modules

Each module in Coacharya’s ICF accredited coach training program covers a day’s worth of content over 10 hours. Additionally, learners spend two hours of self-study for each module, evidenced by assignments. Learners are required to engage in dyads and triad format peer coaching for a minimum of 100-hours as prescribed by the ACTP route.

ACTP – Basic Modules (ACC)
60 Hours

The following modules are covered in our Basic training, which prepares learners for the Associate Coaching Credential (ACC) level certification. Our Basic course includes mentoring and evaluation for ACTP certification. Additionally, peer coaching and written assignments to evidence self-study are required. The following modules are covered in our Advanced training, which prepares learners for the Professional Coaching Credential level certification. Our Advanced course includes mentoring and evaluation for ACTP certification. Additionally, 100 hours of peer coaching and a minimum of 3 assignments to evidence self-study are required. Our Mastery course includes mentoring by an MCC-certified coach. Additionally, 100 hours of peer coaching and a minimum of 3 assignments to evidence self-study are required. The following modules are offered less frequently than our ACC, PCC and MCC preparation courses, or on demand. All are accredited by ICF and count towards Continuing Coach Education.
