Who looks inside, awakes.

Mental health challenges are growing by the day. There is an increasing need to better understand and process our emotions and feelings to improve our body’s overall health. A groundbreaking technique in this direction is sensory awareness coaching.
The webinar this week, a live coaching demonstration led by Coacharya Founder and Master Coach Ram S. Ramanathan, provided a glimpse into how sensory awareness coaching works. This modality is also very helpful for people who have undergone a traumatic experience which, in Ram’s words, left them disempowered.
Ram opened the session by setting the background for sensory awareness coaching and what it entails. He also invited the webinar attendees to go through the process as well. As the session progressed, Ram inquired about the client’s state. It was also a live demonstration of handling strong and overwhelming emotions with the utmost care, patience, and compassion.
I was amazed to see several webinar attendees narrating their experiences and what they felt as they went through somatic exploration during the session. One of the attendees wrote, ”The exhalation process was powerful. I felt a heaviness on my shoulders.”
I would encourage you to watch this webinar for a first-hand, authentic experience of sensory awareness coaching. One of my major takeaways was the care and caution with which Ram progressed and the depth of the sensory awareness coaching process.
